Directors:
Tim Allison
Founder and CEO Tim Allison is a native New Zealander. His MBA was
attained at the prestigious Macquarie Graduate School of Management
in Sydney Australia, where Allison majored in Asian business studies.
Most recently, Allison was the Vice President of International Sales
for Interplay Entertainment Corporation. In this position, he was
responsible for 12 markets across the Asia Pacific region. During
his six years at Interplay, Allison was instrumental in establishing
the long-term strategic importance of Asia for the gaming industry.
Allison became the first Western executive in the games industry
to secure Joint Ventures in Asia, outside of Japan. He established
development and distribution Joint Ventures in Korea and Taiwan,
with the most notable achievement the facilitation of a JV relationship
with Acer computers.
Allison now has 15 years experience within the games industry. Much
of his background was gained in distribution/retail representing
major gaming labels in Australia and New Zealand. His CV also includes
the position of National Marketing Manager for Sega covering the
highly successful MegaDrive and GameGear platforms,
as well as the launch of Saturn and 32X.
Tim Allison is one of a very small number of games executives to
have extensive experience across all Asian markets, including India.
His network of contacts is proven and his reputation is respected
across all levels of the industry.

Non Executive Directors:
Brian Allison
A chartered Accountant with wide experience as a Professional company
director, Allison held board positions with two of New Zealands
largest International trading organizations, the NZ Dairy Board
and the NZ Kiwifruit Marketing Board as well as various Chairmanships
with large publicly listed companies, including Wang NZ Ltd.
He is the current Chairman of Aon Holdings NZ Ltd., a position held
since the groups establishment in New Zealand.
